The Area Youth Benefit Fund (AYBF) was established to assist in paying medical bills for children right here in our own communities! While donations are accepted anytime, we also host two events that help support the Fund, a Golf Tournament and a Dinner-Auction.
Our Dinner-Auction, co-sponsored by Hedrick Medical Center, will be held at the Chillicothe Elks Lodge on Saturday, August 27th. The reception begins at 5:00 p.m., followed by dinner at 6:00 p.m. A silent auction will be held during the reception and dinner. Following the dinner, the main auction, featuring a variety of unique items, will get underway.
On Monday, August 29th, we will hit up the Green Hills Golf Course in Chillicothe for our Golf Tournament. When team members sign in, they will also receive an appreciation gift at the tournament. For the twenty-third year, Pepsi-Cola Bottling Company of Chillicothe is co-sponsoring the golf tournament.

Banquet Tickets: $30 each - Entry into the Dinner-Auction.
Banquet Table Sponsor: $300 - Reserved table with 8 banquet tickets, 4 reverse raffle tickets, and logo recognition on the event screen.
Golf Corporate Sponsor: $425 - 3-person golf team with polo shirts and a hole sponsorship included.
Golf Team Sponsor: $350 - 3-person golf team with polo shirts included.
Golf Lunch Sponsor: $200 *new this year - Logo signage at the golf clubhouse.
Golf Hole Sponsor: $100 - Logo signage at a tee-off point.
