A friendly reminder: Farmers' Electric Cooperative DOES NOT charge Members to make payments on our website, through the myFEC app or by phone. Third-party payment locations and websites are NOT affiliated with the Co-op, and payments made through these sources cannot be guaranteed. When in doubt about any contact from the Cooperative, simply hang up and call us at 660-646-4281 to confirm.

myChoice Prepay

Members may pre-pay for any electricity they use. This payment option will allow Members to choose their own payment schedule, purchase electricity when it is convenient, and monitor daily use. Plus, the Member can avoid paying a security deposit. Notification will be made when the account drops to a specific monetary level, chosen by the Member. 

Pay Online

Pay online with a card or e-check, review your capital credit allocations over the years, look at your billing records for the previous 24 months and more! Set up your online account by clicking here.

Pay by Telephone

A telephone line for payments is available 24-hours a day. Simply call 800-927-5334 and use a debit/credit card or e-check to make the payment. If you call the business office, a Member Account Representative will forward you to the automated payment system.

Pay by Text

Before starting, make sure your electric account is up-to-date with an accurate cell phone number as well as a card or e-check saved to your account. Text JOIN to 352667 then START to opt-in. To pay your bill, you can text PAY to 352667. Check your balance by texting BAL to 352667.

Bank Drafting/Auto-Pay

Bank Drafting and Auto-Pay pays a bill automatically on the same day each month. For easy setup, call the office at 660-646-4281 or set up through your online account.

One-Time Payment

A One-Time Payment pays a bill automatically only once and can be set up through your online account.

Office Payment

Visit us at 201 W Business 36 (dropbox available), Chillicothe, Missouri. Payments are accepted by cash, check, card, or mobile wallet payment such as Android, Apple and Samsung Pay.

U.S. Mail

Mail your payment to:  201 W Business 36, Chillicothe, Missouri 64601

Credit Card Payment

Farmers' Electric Cooperative accepts Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards.

Budget Billing

Residential Members may choose a method of level payment based on the average energy use at the residence during the previous 12 months. Call Farmers' Electric Cooperative at 660-646-4281.
