Members may pre-pay for any electricity they use. This payment option will allow Members to choose their own payment schedule, purchase electricity when it is convenient, and monitor daily use. Plus, the Member can avoid paying a security deposit. Notification will be made when the account drops to a specific monetary level, chosen by the Member.

A telephone line for payments is available 24-hours a day. Simply call 800-927-5334 and use a debit/credit card or e-check to make the payment. If you call the business office, a Member Account Representative will forward you to the automated payment system.
Bank Drafting and Auto-Pay pays a bill automatically on the same day each month. For easy setup, call the office at 660-646-4281 or set up through your online account.
A One-Time Payment pays a bill automatically only once and can be set up through your online account.
