What is the Member Satisfaction Survey?
Farmers’ Electric Cooperative is sponsoring a survey that is conducted every two years to measure the quality of service provided to members and to ensure we reliably serve our members in the future. This survey will ask several questions about their satisfaction with Farmers' Electric and their energy usage.
In this random survey of members, an email invitation may be sent to a member's inbox to participate in the survey.
When will the survey take place?
January 2 through February 29, 2024.
How will the survey be conducted?
This member satisfaction survey will be conducted entirely online through an emailed link. If an email address is listed on a member’s account, there is a possibility they will receive an email to participate in the survey.
How long does the survey take to complete?
The online survey should take 15 minutes or less to complete.
Why should members complete the survey?
Our members' opinions matter! Feedback is essential to ensure the co-op provides the best service possible and invests in the areas that members value the most.
The email is legit! We know there are a lot of scams out there and members may be hesitant to click on unfamiliar links. (Which is a great practice.) If members ever receive an email related to Farmers' Electric, we ask that they please give our office a call to verify we sent something.
