Dear Members –

Our lobby is now re-opened to the public!

As a reminder, our office hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm. 

To ensure the safety of everyone, we have implemented the following safety measures when you enter our lobby:
 

  • In accordance with the Livingston County COVID-19 Executive Order, anyone that enters our lobby will be required to wear a Face Covering or Mask.

  • Please practice social distancing while in our lobby (6 feet).

  • Only 1 Member in the lobby at a time.  Please wait outside or in your vehicle until the lobby is cleared.

  • Please do not enter our lobby if you are sick or have been in contact with a sick person.

  • We are keeping our lobby clean, but please keep contact to a minimum.

  • We encourage you to use our drive-up bill payment drop box or our online bill payment systems during this time.
     

These procedures are subject to change in response to local conditions, regulations, and other factors.

As always, we remain committed to providing Legendary Service to our Members, and we appreciate your loyalty and patience during this unprecedented time.  We are excited to serve our Members face-to-face again.
